Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend all of Soft Systems Methodology - Learning an Approach to Requirements presented by Debbie Lawther and Rob Day because I had a previous commitment to go to Radical Computing presented by Peter Marks and David Harvey (also a really interesting session), however, the part of the session that I did attend has already had an impact on the way I work - I'm drawing more diagrams to help explain things than I did before the session.
